Schedule Meetings

You have different options to schedule a QuiqNest meeting.

Desktop:

Option 1: Schedule a meeting from your Home Page

1. Click on the Schedule Meeting tab located on the toolbar, on left side of your screen.
2. Fill out the meeting details and choose the date/time options in the scheduler.
3. Click on Schedule button to schedule the meeting.
4. Invited users will receive a notification and email for the scheduled meeting.

Option 2: Schedule a meeting from your chat conversation

1. Open a chat conversation.
2. Click on the Video.svg Video Camera icon at top right corner of the conversation.
3. Select Schedule Meeting to launch the scheduler.
4. Fill out the meeting details and choose the date/time options in the scheduler.
5. Click on Schedule button to schedule the meeting.
6. Invited users will receive a notification and email for the scheduled meeting.

Option 3: Schedule a meeting from your QuiqNest Calendar

1. Click on the calendar tab located on the toolbar, on left side of your screen.
2. Click on ‘ + ‘ icon on the top right side of your screen to launch the scheduler.
3. Fill out the meeting details and choose the date/time options in the scheduler.
4. Click on Schedule button to schedule the meeting.
5. Invited users will receive a notification and email for the scheduled meeting.

Mobile:

Option 1: Schedule a meeting from your Conversation

1. Open a chat conversation.
2. Tap on theCall.svg Call/Phone icon at top right corner of the conversation.
3. Select Schedule Meeting to launch the scheduler.
4. Fill out the meeting details and choose the date/time options in the scheduler.
5. Tap on Create on the top right corner to schedule the meeting.
6. Invited users will receive a notification and email for the scheduled meeting.

 

Option 2: Schedule a meeting from your QuiqNest Calendar

1. Tap on the Calendar.svg calendar icon located on the bottom of your screen.
2. Tap on the ‘ + ‘ icon at top right corner of the screen.
3. Select Schedule Meeting to launch the scheduler.
4. Fill out the meeting details and choose the date/time options in the scheduler.
5. Tap on Create to schedule the meeting.
6. Invited users will receive a notification and email for the scheduled meeting.

Note:
The option for scheduling meetings is based on the org configuration.
