Desktop:

Adding a reminder
1. Select the To-Do tab on the top right screen of your conversation.
2. Select a To-Do to open its detail view.
3. Click on Remind me.
4. Choose a date & time to set your reminder.

Adding a due date
1. Select To-Do tab on the top right screen of your conversation.
2. Select a To-Do to open its detail view.
3. Click on Set a due date.
4. Choose due a date for your To-Do.

Mobile:

1. Tap on To-Do tab on the top right screen of your conversation.
2. Select a To-Do to open its detail view.
3. Tap on Remind me.
4. Choose a date & time.
5. Tap Done to set your reminder.

4. Choose due a date for your To-Do.
